Questions about membership
Can I try Clad9 before I pay?
Yes, without an account. The free demo opens a real Clad9 closet, read-only, with its looks, calendar and laundry basket; photographs and locations in it are blurred. Clad9 has no trial, so the free demo and the free tools for colour and style are how you see it first.
What does Clad9 cost?
Essential is $15 a month and Signature is $30 a month, or ten months' price for a year. Atelier, with a personal dresser, is fully booked.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Monthly if you'd rather see a month of mornings first; it's the default on every plan. Annual is 17% cheaper: twelve months for the price of 10. Annual also holds the plan's whole closet from day one.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks; it opens Stripe's own billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What's the difference between the plans?
Essential is the whole daily planner: three looks every morning, the weather, your calendar, the laundry basket and a fit check every day. Signature adds a bigger closet, two weeks of calendar, your skin tone and body shape applied to every look, and your avatar. Atelier adds a personal dresser and your avatar wearing every morning's looks.
Why does my closet grow each month?
Every piece is photographed and catalogued when it joins, so each plan starts with a closet sized to it and adds to it every month you're a member. On annual, the whole closet is yours from day one.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
They stay yours. Delete your account and everything in it whenever you like from account settings; the privacy policy says exactly what's kept and for how long.
